EXCHANGES:
We will gladly EXCHANGE your item should the item not fit or work for you. If you need to exchange you will be responsible for sending the item back to us with specific instructions and we will gladly resend an item to you again. Please return original item to me with tracking and/or delivery confirmation.

CREDITS:
We will gladly give you a STORE CREDIT should you decide you do not want the item you purchased, minus the shipping costs, once we receive the item you do not want (shipped back to us with tracking and/or delivery confirmation). Your STORE CREDIT will be available for 6 months from the time of your original purchase. PLEASE let us know within 5 days of delivery so we can work out the details of the return and credit.

SHIPPING POLICY:

WE SHIP from our studios in Wisconsin and Florida within 3 to 5 business days once payment has been received - I ship to your address on file with Etsy when you place your order, unless notified otherwise.

We use USPS 1st class with a tracking number. If you need your order quicker, please send me a message so we can work out the shipping details before placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: The shipping fee is for item(s) shipped to one address, not multiple addresses. If you would like items shipped to different addresses, please order items as separate transactions. Otherwise, all items will be shipped to the address that you provide in your Etsy account.

USA CUSTOMERS:
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation once shipped, with the tracking number.
- For "Rush shipping" , please let me know, and I will give you a USPS quote.
- Feel free to track your package with the tracking sent to you.
- You also agree to not hold me responsible if USPS loses your package or if your package is delayed in delivery, however, the tracking should be a valuable tool.
- You also agree that if the USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will not hold me responsible and you will take this issue directly to your postal office and/or the management of any deliveries in your community.

*** RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE ***
In an effort to "go green" I am no longer printing receipt unless requested. If you would like a receipt, please print when you make the purchase or go to your "purchases and reviews" and you will have the option to print the receipt. However, if you would like a receipt included with your order, I will be happy to include one, just let me know when you place your order :)

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
- I ship 1st class USPS International, however, there is NO Tracking number available once it has departed the USA, so we have no means of tracking the Delivery of the package. So if you haven't received the package, I can only prove to you that I did "my part" of mailing it, but I cannot guarantee you the delivery of the package.
If you purchase from my shop YOU AGREE you will not hold me responsible for any delay or lost packages, however, I will refund you the cost of goods if the package is resent to me.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / TAXES / DUTIES
The price of our products DOES NOT include any duties, tax or VAT. We just charge you product and shipping costs only. if you are charged a VAT or any type of custom duty/tax, it is your responsibility to pay it.

In most countries, the buyer (you) has to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. The laws are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the regulations, customs, practices, loopholes, paperwork, codes and such of every single country. Therefore, it is your responsibility to find out that information BEFORE you order with us as you (the buyer) are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc associated with the purchase/shipping of the item to your respective country should they incur at the time of delivery

PLEASE NOTE: The invoice generated by your transaction is the invoice that I will use as my packing/custom slip - Also I will not be held responsible for items damaged by customs. Please refer to your country's import regulations. Thank you.
