Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. If there is anything in the Shop Policies that you would like clarified, just send me a convo and I will respond as soon as I can, ok? :)

I post new items every week. You will find that my design style is somewhat eclectic and is characterized by a happy mix of rustic and refined elements.

All items are one-of-a-kind pieces, composed and carefully handcrafted by me in The Big Pink Studio – my home based workshop near the banks of the Mississippi River.

I use the highest quality materials available on the market today. Additionally, I only use .925 Sterling Silver or Karen Hill Tribe Silver (which is even more pure than sterling) and also 14KT gold-filled elements. Everything I make is hypo-allergenic so even people with the most sensitive skin can wear it.

My specialty pieces include rare, organic Dragonskin Turquoise nuggets, which are mined in the same mountain region of China where the designer Ralph Lauren owns his mines. I also use other beautiful gemstones such as citrine, amethyst, labradorite, ruby, sapphire, quartz, opal, moonstone, jade, pearls and more.

Stringing materials include professional grade jeweler’s wire, doeskin or buckskin leather, linen cord, or ultra-suede microfiber cording - which is an excellent, vegan-friendly alternative. Now and then you will find a piece made with pretty hand-dyed silk ties as well. (I just love those!)

Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives damaged and it can be fixed, simply send it back and I will repair it at no charge. I wrap things extremely well, so this is usually not a problem.

If your purchase is lost during shipping and wasn't covered by insurance, there really isn't much I can do - therefore, I encourage you to request coverage for the item.

I've never had to issue a refund because someone didn't like the item once it arrived, but if for some reason you aren't delighted with your new jewelry, please let me know within 30 days and we can resolve the matter together.
The standard form of payment is through PayPal (which is an ultra-secure online money transfer site). I also accept money orders or personal checks. If I don't know you that well yet, I will wait until your check has cleared before I ship your purchase.

If you are paying with a money order or check, please send it with a Delivery Confirmation from the US Post Office so there is an official record on file.
I normally ship items on Mondays and Fridays, USPS First Class rates. Expedited or Priority shipping is available at an additional cost to the buyer. Insurance is not required, but is highly recommended, as I can not be responsible for any package once it ships.

At this time I am only shipping within the United States or to Canada.
Additional policies and FAQs
Besides the one-of-a-kind items available to everyone in my shop, I am currently doing a very limited amount of custom work. If you would like to commission a piece, keep in mind that 30% of the quoted price is required prior to the beginning of the project.

Lay-away is also available on higher priced items. Just ask; I am sure we can work out something.
