Frequently asked questions

The Best Way to Print Digital Download Files

1. You can print your artwork files on a home printer or an office printer.

2. For a more professional result take your files to your local print shop or photo lab. You can print them at places such as Staples or Office Depot. In Australia I recommend somewhere like Officeworks, and in South Africa Orms Print Studio is an excellent option.

3. Another excellent professional option is to upload your artwork files to an online print service, like Mpix, Shutterfly or Snapfish. They will print your artwork and mail it to you. Some of these companies can provide frames as well.

What Paper Should I Print my Art on?

The better quality paper you use the better quality print you will get.

Thick and ultra-thick paper or cardstock are some great options. As well paper or card with a matte finish is great for a modern look - and works really well with my artwork. But you might also like satin or gloss, it's really your personal preference.

Either way, it'll look good.

How do I Download my Purchased Art Files?

Log on to your Etsy account then click on the YOU tab in the top right corner. Next click on PURCHASES and REVIEWS. Here you will find your files and be able to access them from the DOWNLOAD FILES link on the right.

You need to be logged in to your account on a computer or laptop. You won't see or be able to download the files from your phone.

Make sure you save the files somewhere safe on your computer or in a USB. But they will always be available under your PURCHASES tab.

My Guarantee to You

If for any reason you're not totally satisfied with your artwork please send me a message straight away. I will do my best to make it right or refund you in full.

A Final Note

All my artworks are for personal use only. Resale of any kind is strictly prohibited without express consent from InflateCo.

InflateCo reserves all rights of distribution thereof such that a purchaser shall in no way shape or form be entitled to alter, reproduce, resell, repost, edit or otherwise distribute any content purchased on this platform.

I do my very best to accurately show the colors of my artworks on screen. However, all computer screens and printers (depending on their quality, calibration etc) show colour differently so in some cases the color of the final print may look slightly different. If you have any issues with colour please let me know, I'll be happy to help you out.
