About

Aspiring to be the Obi-Wan of Organizing so you have the tools you need to build your dream!

I'm Kate, lover of all things clever, organized, witty, productive, and motivational. Plus, I'm hardcore in love with planning, planners, planning supplies... *sigh of happy*

When I'm not obsessing over organization, productivity, or wit, you'll find me rehearsing for another community theatre production, reading a biography of some historical figure, watching sci-fi (Captain Picard and Malcolm Reynolds are some of my favorite people), planning for or going on a trip to Disneyland, playing "Mommysaurus Rex" with my 2-year-old, or kissing my husband.

If you're the sort who likes hugs from people you've just met, we'll get along great.

My goal in life is to be more like Mary Poppins, right down to Feeding the Birds.

Also, if you can tell me why the Oxford Comma is the BUSINESS, we'll be braiding each other's hair by the end of the day.

I completed a BS in Communication, Teaching, & Training at the University of Utah. I also completed Marie Forleo's B-School and Ryan Deiss's Content Marketer Certification. I trained in World Class Customer Service at DisneyWorld, the Winter Olympics, and the Tony-Award Winning Utah Shakespearean Festival.

I've spent over two decades organizing and managing offices, marketing strategies, hiring & onboarding structures, and SOPs/systems for Non-Profits, Start-Ups, and Staffing Agencies.

My best practices, coaching methods, and strategic shortcuts were developed both from my professional experience and managing volunteer teams in the world of community theatre, where low budgets and limited resources require creative and inventive solutions.
