SAMPLES- **Please keep reading before buying a sample or ordering the invitations**
Production time for a SAMPLE is NOW 2 WEEKS (includes shipping time), please do not expect them earlier, we have many, many, many samples to make and even when we will love to, we can't get them done sooner. We are also handling a great amount of messages, so please expect at least 24 hours before I can reply to your message


** Re-ordering invitations (once they have been sent) will need to be re-scheduled as well . The same applies when reordering printed envelopes.
** OUTER ENVELOPES are optional, they are available for .50 c ea.

SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND LOCATION and paid by the customer. A final invoice will be sent once the order is ready and weighted. No handling fee, what USPS quote for your box is what you need to pay, no hidden fees.

Proof printing:

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. Before approving your proofs for printing, please make sure to have someone who has not yet seen a single version of the invitation proofread your proofs... It is important that someone - or a few people! - see it with a fresh set of eyes, because once you've been looking at it over and over again, you start to see and read what should be there, instead of maybe what is *actually *there! While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
*Please also make sure that the dates are good in all the proofs and matches the monogram (if it applies) and that all the changes requested were done... once these are approved to print and printed, we are not responsible of any typographical error, misspellings or typos .
By approving the proofs, you agree to our policies which is that, any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense, regardless of who is at fault which. This is pretty much an industry-wide standard, so please make sure everything is correct before proceeding to approve them :)

*In the event of an error on our end, we’ll fix it asap, no questions asked.


Polices

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt to find a possible solution.
Since custom printed items are created on a per order basis and cannot be resold, returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

• All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three working days from receipt of order. Any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense, regardless of who is at fault which.
• The invitations must be in ‘good as new’ condition, you can open them, but please be careful not to damage or mark the products.
• No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
• Buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs for the return.
• Returns based on color issues are not accepted due to color variations on computer monitors, so you must consider a slight color change from your actual proof prints to what you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color card, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure each and every order looks beautiful and that the color will look beautiful!
•If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately and we will reprint the affected pieces free of charge.

Other important information:

* if your scheduled date for shipping happens to be on a weekend, the invitations will be sent the next available business day.
*We prefer all communications in written (through ETSY) to avoid future misunderstandings and so both of us can refer to a past conversation if needed.
* We only deal with one person per order, preferably the Bride, the groom OR the mom.
*It is the responsibility of the Bride to verify that all the invitations are correct and inspected before they are sent out to their guests.
*Our agenda is very tight and we only have 3 weeks for the assembling of the invitations (and multiple orders at the same time), once production has started we CAN"T stop the assembling to send a picture or a sample, because of this I always recommend buying a sample prior to placing a full order, so you can have an idea of the quality of my work and to know what to expect.

I have a very busy agenda, however, you will not regret ordering from me, so far all Brides have agreed they are the most beautiful invitations they have seen!

For us, the Studio is kind of a wonderland, like Santa’s designing workshop where every day is Christmas Eve. Packages zooming in and out, sequins, laces, papers, feathers, crystals, pearls and all kind of ribbon everywhere you look in every color you can imagine. Then, our team literally running to make sure we are not running behind schedule, making sure of quality control and pulling together elements from across the globe to ensure that each Bride’s precise desires are met.

It’s a lot of work, but we love it.

We work with Brides, Grooms, Moms as well as Wedding planners, providing a diversity of handcrafted stationery, with excellence as the only acceptable standard. Delivering the most beautiful invitations and having the job done on time is how we have gained our reputation and 100% positive feedback on Etsy.
Our team are highly-skilled craftspeople working together to meet seemingly impossible deadlines without sacrificing perfection. Even with large production orders, which we can deliver overseas, each piece is individually inspected in the studio before it is sent out. Our quality standards are unmatched in the industry.

We were recently featured in Style me Pretty Magazine and our invitations has been in remote places as Europe, Asia, Africa and even Dubai! The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Because every invitation is customized to each customer, returns are not allowed, however, cancellations are possible before the proofing process and production begins.

Cancellations are not possible once the wording is printed and/or production begins.

If for any reason the customer decides to cancel the order before the wording is printed BUT we have already started working on the digital proofs and sent them to the customer for approval, the work done will be charged at a $25 per hour spent rate.

The Customer will receive a set of digital proofs of his/her invitation wording for approval. Once the customer has approved them for printing and they have been printed changes can't be done and any change done will be done at the client's expense.

*ANY jeweled invitation, from this shop or from any other will possibly incur in higher postage at the time of mailing them to your guests due to the increased weight/width that are the results of adding a jewel to the invitations. Postage is out of our hands and a total responsibility of the customer. One recommendation will be to hand-deliver as many invitations as possible.
Payment
Due to the custom nature of the invitations, deposits are not refundable and once the invitations are under production cancellations are not possible.

*Because every invitation is customized to the customer, returns are not allowed, however, cancellations are possible if requested within 3 days after the order was placed.

**Once we begin working on the proofs and the material is ordered cancellations are possible but a 50% deposit will be forfeit to cover the expenses of labor/material

***Once the wording is approved for printing and production begins, cancellations are not possible.

*Cancellations are not possible on Rush orders, production on these orders begin on day one.
Shipping
Samples are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Full orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
