Sharing ink illustrations with the world
I started my shop back in 2012. I took a break for my software engineering day job and see if I could turn my passion for ink illustrations into a business. I had so much fun creating one of a kind drawings into works of art. I started selling my artwork at local craft fairs in San Francisco and my work was found in a few local shops. But then I started a job full time and my artwork sort of took a backseat. But I continued drawing and still had that passion.
Now I'm a nomad who's traveling the world. I'm slowly learning how to balance work + weightlifting + art all while traveling. It's been a fun and bumpy ride, but one thing remains the same: I love drawing and I love sharing it with you.

Frequently asked questions
Why is an item listed as a pre-order?
Pre-order items are items that need longer production time and won't ship out until 2-3 weeks. Individual pre-order items will display estimated shipping dates. In-stock items that are purchased with a pre-order item won't ship until the pre-order item is available. To receive in-stock items in a timely manner, please order pre-order items separately.
Custom and personalized orders
Thank you for shopping small. I run INKBYJENG on my own and try my best to respond within 48 hours to any requests. If you have contacted me about a custom order and have not heard from me, please do not hesitate to ping me again. Thank you for understanding!
Cancellation Policy
I accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase. Please send me a message and I will process your cancellation within 24 hours of your initial request. If your order has already been sent out I cannot accept a cancellation, this includes digital items since they are delivered immediately upon payment.
Printable / Digital Items
Please read the description for all printable and digital items as I do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
My purchase included the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact me right away. If your item has not been shipped, I can modify the shipping address as long as the address is within the same country.
Unfortunately, I cannot make any address changes once your item has been shipped. Please contact the carrier that was used to deliver your package. They might be able to assist you in intercepting your package.
