Cancelation Policy:
If you need to cancel an item, please convo me within 7 days. I am pretty understanding and realize LIFE happens. I work hard on the items I make and want you to be happy with it. If you are dissatisfied, please let me know. I will try to rectify the problem to the best of my ability to make you happy.
Special orders may not be cancelled once payment has been mailed or received via Paypal. Special orders will not be STARTED until payment in full is received.

Receipt of payment is required within 7 days of purchase and prior to item(s) being shipped.
Paypal is preferred method of payment, however cash will be accepted at buyers own risk for amounts $5.00 and under. Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks will not be accepted.

Shipping
All paper items will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve or covering in a sturdy envelope or box.
Items will be shipped via US First Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made prior to payment or as required by USPS Postal Regulations. Please note, USPS regulations are envelopes/packages over 13 ounces are required to be shipped
US Priority mail .
I will ship outside of the U.S and Canada, for actual shipping charges plus packaging materials. Please convo for estimate.
Please be sure you have provided me with the correct address for shipping purposes. Items paid via Paypal will be shipped to the Paypal address as specified by Paypal. If you request a different address than on file at Paypal, this will be at buyers own risk and we are not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered mail.
International first class is available up to 4 pounds.
Fed EX, UPS, Priority Mail, insurance, delivery confirmation and signature required delivery is available upon request at the time of purchase prior to payment for an additional fee.
