For items that are made to order, all sales are final and items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Payment is accepted by Paypal, credit cards, debit cards and Etsy gift cards. Please enquire if you would prefer to pay using another method.

I aim to dispatch all items, excluding custom orders, within 1-2 working days. I mark all items as dispatched via Etsy. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

I am not responsible for any customs or import fees that may be incurred for orders placed for delivery outside of the UK. If you are unsure, please check before ordering.
