1 out of 5 starsI am so disappointed with this item. I have bought from this seller before, the same thing I ordered before and they have been beautiful hence me going back again. The seller took almost 2 weeks to come back to me with a draft of it and said if I was not happy to let him know before he printed it. I replied within hours and had to message him a few times but he never answered my question. The item arrived and the edit had not been corrected, the word was crossing over the line, it is not good enough and I won’t be giving as a gift and will be looking for my money back.

2 out of 5 starsThis seller has been very slow to respond to messages, including print customization requests and a request for a tracking number after the order was placed 2 weeks ago. After I posted an initial negative review today, the seller finally provided a tracking number. The shipping delays seem to be caused by the mail carrier, not the seller, but communication about the situation (and a tracking number on the day the shipping info was created) would have helped. I will update when the carrier delivers the item.
