Thanks for reading my nitty-gritty page. :)
I try so hard to describe everything honestly, photograph it well, pack it up safely, and ship it off promptly, but I'm human and mess things up sometimes.

We both have to have a good shopping experience or else all this work goes to waste!

(P.S. If anyone would like an explanation of the neutral feedback I most recently received, I'd be happy to explain.)

I store my items in a smoke-free house.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
I accept all forms of credit card -including gift cards- through Paypal. If you absolutely cannot do Paypal, then I will accept a money order or personal check. (Obviously if you choose to use MO or check, then I can't ship until it arrives/arrives & clears.)

Prompt payment is greatly appreciated and will be rewarded by how fast I get your articles out. If you have to delay your payment, it's really great if you can let me know.

If you are in the state of Connecticut, Paypal will automatically collect 6.35% sales tax on merchandise (not on shipping, of course). :)

Need to cancel your order? Just convo me. Again, an explanation is helpful.
Please note that my shipping prices will NEVER exceed the quote. If it costs more, I'll eat the difference.

I ship via whichever method is most practical and economical.
It's always stated in the listing, but if you want something faster or slower, convo me and I will edit the listing for you or re-invoice you if you've already purchased.

Also - for reasons of economy and stewardship, I try my best to re-use packing material (boxes, paper, bubblewrap, padded mailers) whenever possible.

Insurance is always an option - if a listing doesn't say "insurance included" than you can purchase it. Convo me. Delivery Confirmation is included on items that ship Priority or First Class Parcel and is available upon request for a small fee under other services.

I am happy to ship overseas but I will not falsify customs forms. I'm going to put the actual value and "goods" rather than "gift", because I have to be honest. Thanks for understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
I can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If you misunderstood the listing I will do my best to make you happy, though.

If the item arrives damaged, several things are factors: did we insure it? If so, no problem - take pictures, email them to me, and I will initiate the claim on your behalf. If not, did the damage occur due to my packaging? We'll try to work something out. If the damage occurred due to the carrier abusing the box (it happens) then this is unfortunate and again we will try to resolve it.

For loss of packages, there isn't much I can do unless Delivery Confirmation & Insurance were purchased. I strongly recommend this for obvious reasons - unbelievable things can happen to packages!
Additional policies and FAQs
I don't really have any additional policies! Just that if you have questions, ask me! I'm happy to get you additional pictures, measurements, etc.

All the items in my shop are eligible for quantity discounts. The more you order, the cheaper it gets.
