Can you copy/recreate this artist’s style/work?

While I encourage you to share examples of work for inspiration, I will not copy/recreate/reproduce another artist’s work or style. This is from both a legal and ethical standpoint. My artistic style is unique to myself and something I would love to share with you as the client - and I hope you’d want to share it with me too. Should you wish for that specific style of another artist, I would highly recommend to reach out to that original artist.

Digital Templates & Downloads

Please read the listing of your purchase carefully before making a purchase, as it provides instructions to edit your template.

I will not edit, revise, or customize a template or instant download you have already purchased. Please ask any questions before purchasing and/or request a custom listing if necessary.

For PDFs, please use Adobe Reader to make edits.

It is your responsibility to check with your printer vendor for alignments, paper type, and other adjustments required for printing, to ensure that you get the best out of our products.

Local Pick-up and Drop-offs

If you live in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, or Milton), or if you know me personally, then you have the option to request a pick-up or drop-off.

Please message me directly and we can work it out! I will give you a coupon code to remove the shipping fee of your item as well.

NOTE: Local pick-ups/drop-offs are not available for templates and instant digital downloads. For these purchases, you are responsible for downloading the items and printing them yourself. Thank you for your patience!

Deposits & Cancellations for Custom/Personalized Orders

DEPOSITS: You will be charged at least a 50% non-refundable deposit when you book a custom order (see listing for the deposit amount, as may vary for different orders) before I start any work on the project. The deposit books your project's start date, and all text and surface materials (if applicable) must be received on or before that date.

CANCELLATIONS: If you choose to cancel your custom order, your deposit made at the start of the job will not be refunded, even if the order is canceled before work begins. If the job is more than halfway done at the time of cancellation, additional fees may apply.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping, personalized notes or other gift packaging, unless specifically requested by the client. If requested, additional fees will apply.

Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges

If you have purchased a custom/personalized order and your order has not yet been processed or I have not yet started on your order, a refund or shop credit may be issued.

Instant downloads and digital templates are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or shop credit, due to the digital nature of these products.

If an item has arrived to you damaged or defective on the fault of the shop owner or delivery service, a refund or shop credit may be issued. You may request a replacement or exchange of the same value. If an item arrived to you intact (no damage or defect) but has broken during handling by the customer, requests for refunds/replacements/exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Turnaround Time, Rush Orders, & Shipping - Custom Orders

Projects are scheduled to begin upon receipt of payment. Projects are closed upon completed production of the order/project. Please allow a MINIMUM of 14 days for custom/personalized orders. Turnaround time for larger orders, signage, or very complex designs will be estimated by on a case-by-case basis.

Digitized calligraphy generally takes around 7-14 days from the receipt of text and deposit payment to the presentation of the first proof(s).

Rush orders incur an additional 50% charge. Expedited shipping rates may also apply.

Clients are responsible for all shipping fees. Completed orders will be shipped using a trackable shipping service, and the shipping total will be added to the final invoice.

Changes & Revisions (Custom Orders)

You are responsible for submitting any personalized texts exactly as you want it to be produced in calligraphy. If you wish to change/add to the project, you must provide at least seven (7) days written notice (7 days before the agreed upon due date) to INKSCRPT, along with details of the changes/revisions to be made. If you provide notice after 7-day notice, additional fees, such as rush order fees, may apply. Any changes or revisions to be made that are of no fault or error to INKSCRPT may be subject to additional non-refundable fees. Any changes, revisions, or redos required because of errors on the part of INKSCRPT will be done immediately at no charge.

Submitting Text & Address Lists - Custom Orders

Names, addresses, & other personalized texts must be submitted exactly as they'd be produced in calligraphy.

Guest names & address lists must be typed & numbered, and submitted in an editable format. When submitting on Word or Google Docs, write addresses in stacked format with line breaks (just as they will appear on envelopes). When submitting a spreadsheet, each line of the address must be in its own column.

Proofread and finalize all text & names before submitting. Any changes/additions should be emailed within 5 days as a separate document. If redos are required based on the new document, they will be charged as additional items.

Any revisions required because of typographical errors on the part of INKSCRPT will be done immediately

Custom/Personalized Orders: In the event of a pandemic or emergency such as COVID-19

INKSCRPT is subject to closure at any time in the event of a pandemic or emergency

For any custom or personalized order that has not yet been completed during or before a pandemic or emergency, I will accept requests for refunds, exchanges, store credit or postponements. Refunds for parts of an order that has not yet been completed will be given upon request.

However, I cannot accept any changes or requests for refunds or exchanges to any order that has been already been complete

Example: if you ordered 100 place cards and only 80 has been completed, I will accept your refund request for only the 20 that has not yet been completed. But if all 100 has already been completed, I cannot accept any changes to the order (no refund or exchange)
