Welcome to inkybug! Thank you for choosing me for your lettering needs. I've loved writing and hand lettering since I was a child. I've studied formal calligraphy, but I really enjoy creating beautiful hand lettering with a modern flair. Please contact me if you have an event that needs an elegant touch.
Accepted payment methods
Please contact me directly with any questions and to order. Items totaling $100 or more require a $25.00 deposit to reserve a spot on my calendar. This is payable by purchasing the calligraphy deposit listing in my shop. Once I've completed your order and shipped it to you, I will email you a final invoice, or set up a custom listing for you to purchase.
All shipping charges are billed to the client. I generally use USPS Priority Mail or UPS. If you need an item sooner, I can also use Express Mail, FedEx or other expedited shipping option that you'd prefer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Calligraphy is a hand-made item, and its charm is in its imperfection. No two items will look exactly the same. I communicate with you during the process so that you get a good sense of what the final product will look like. For this reason, I do not offer refunds unless there is a gross difference between what I advertise and what I deliver.
Additional policies and FAQs
Prices vary by style. Some styles are more involved and difficult to execute than others. Metallic inks require more time and effort to work with and therefore incur an extra .50 per envelope. Rush orders may be available for an extra charge. Please inquire if this is your situation.
