Shipping
I ship invite samples and card sets via USPS First Class mail. Invite orders, binders, photo albums and scrapbooks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I also make sure all packages worth $100 and over are shipped insured and with delivery confirmation.

If you are outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please convo me first for a shipping quote. I usually insist on USPS Express Shipping for international orders because it is trackable online and takes about 5 business days to get to the destination. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.-- Please be aware that if you place an order with me, the shipping fee I quote does not include any customs charges/taxes that your order may incur once it has reached your country. It would be good to know your country's policies when it comes to this so that you can factor any possible customs charges into your stationery budget.
My shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays (unless my shop announcement says I am away!), with international orders going out on Tuesdays only.
I like to recycle shipping supplies-- I make sure they are clean and undamaged first before I use them, of course.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customized items such as invites and custom binders/ albums/ scrapbooks are non-refundable. I stand by the quality and detail of my creations, and strive to deliver the best that I can possibly offer. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please do convo or email me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING ABOUT--
HOW SOON I REPLY TO CONVOS
I normally reply to convos within 1-2 business days. If I don't, then please check my shop announcement, as I may be on a break. It has happened though, that during my busiest time of the year (January-July) a convo (or two) unintentionally gets buried and slips by unreplied. I am sorry if this happens to you, but please feel free to give me a little nudge and say, "Hey, did you happen to see my convo that I sent 5 days ago?" :)

HOW I MAKE MY INVITES
All my invites are printed on my wonderful little inkjet, handcut and assembled by me. I do not currently offer any other kind of printing.

HOW TO ORDER INVITES
If you would like to see a sample of an invite, please purchase one of the samples listed in the shop.
If you would like to place an order, the steps would be as follows:
1. Convo me the number of invite sets you intend to order for a quote.
2. I will convo back a price quote.
3. When you approve the quote, I will put up reserved listing for you in the amount of a 30-50% deposit. (Please note that if you are placing an order of 30 sets and below, I will charge the whole amount upfront before proofing.)
4. Once you purchase and pay for the deposit listing, you may send me the details you'd like on your invites.
5. After 2-4 business days, I email you a proof of your invite and reply card. You are entitled to 3 minor revisions on them.
6. Once I get your final approval, I print out your invites. It takes anywhere from 10-25 business days (2-5 weeks), depending on how many sets you are ordering and my current workload.
7. When I am done with them, I put up a second reserved listing for you for the 50% balance and shipping costs. Once you purchase that, I ship them off to you :)

Turnaround is anywhere from 2-6 weeks from the time you send the deposit, providing there are no major delays concerning proof revisions and approvals.

There are NO MINIMUM orders. However, if you are placing a small order of 30 sets and below, there will be an additional set-up fee of $15. if you are in a rush, convo me and I will see if my schedule will permit me to accommodate your order. If I am able to do it, I will definitely let you know.

IF I DO CUSTOM WORK
I do accept custom invite design orders, and I charge an initial, non-refundable design fee on top of the cost of the actual invites to be produced. The design fee starts at $100, and increases depending on the number of cards you would like designed. This design fee includes:
1. 1 design proposal to be emailed to you
2. 3 minor revisions on the proposal
3. 1 physical sample of the final approved design to be mailed to you

It takes me about 3-4 weeks to come up with a design proposal. Convo me if you would like to know more :)

IF I CAN MAKE YOU A CUSTOM BINDER/ ALBUM/ SCRAPBOOK
Convo me for pricing on these custom items. Turnaround is usually about 3-4 weeks from the time you place an order, but can take longer depending upon the complexity of the custom item.
