The Type of Information That Is Collected and What I Use It For
To be able to handle your order and send it your way you give me information through Etsy like:
- Name
-Email
-Address
-Payment details
- What you bought

I use this information to be able to handle your order as mentioned above. But also to be able to offer you customer service. I also retain the information about your buy for tax purposes in case I need to be able to show it to them. And of course for legal reasons that don’t overstep your privacy rights like being able to improve orders and to follow Etsy’s sale policy.

Third Party Sharing and Who Are They
I will not share any of your information unless it is necessary for the working of this shop.
-Etsy. I share the information with Etsy to be able to complete your order and to follow Etsy’s sale’s policy
- Postal Services and delivery man. To be able to ship your order to you I share your address information with the postal services and the delivery man to get it to you. For some countries I have to fill in a content sticker for the customs officer. Only your address (and possibly contents dependant on country) is shared in this specific case.
- Legal reasons. For possible legal reasons I will collect, save and share your information in my digression to be able to fulfill my tax and any legal requests I get from the government. Also to be able to help with fraud research or to protect my own rights and those of my other customers. This is only if absolutely necessary of course and I don’t expect it will be needed.

How Long Information Is Stored
I will store your information for 4 years.

Transfer of Information Outside of Europe
I can save and use your information on third party hosting services outside of Europe. This means that your personal information might end up at a different legal territory with different privacy policies than Europe. When this happens I trust the Privacy Shield as legal basis for this transfer as Google Cloud has been certified by Privacy Shield.

Your Access to the Information
You are always allowed to access the information as it is yours. You can ask me to share with you what information is avalible, to edit it and/or to delete it. Please email me about this on whisper2imaginary@gmail.com and I will reply within two weeks. To make sure you are who you say you are I do need a show of identification in the email.
