About

Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. -Rumi

Imagine entering the hushed silence of ancient temple, feeling a connection to something mysterious and indescribable…I offer the idea that you and I can create and nurture this connection in our homes and even our businesses.

I’m Cassi Rei Shenoa. I create Mythalas for people and want to share with you an idea for creating sacred space. A Mythala is a fabric mandala containing images and symbols representing what you hold sacred. I take joy in :Inner Fire Design:. I use my 18 years of experience as a fabric artist to create Mythalas for people.

I imagine a world where people of all faiths and cultures come together, with a dignifying respect for each other’s preferences and traditions.

I envision a world where differences are seen as complementary and are used to seek solutions, with all people working together to achieve goals within communities.

As an ICF certified coach, I use my “inner calling” coaching philosophy and method of posing questions that help people connect with answers already residing within themselves, about faith, beliefs and values. Asking potent questions reveals an insightful clarity that is immediately accessible.

I'm fascinated to talk with people about what their spiritual beliefs are; I help you define the images that represent your values and beliefs. Working together, you and I co-create personalized Mythalas that tell your story.

Over the years I've co-created hundreds of Mythalas, with individuals of a variety of faiths and healing professionals, from all over the world. I've held Sharing Ceremony Gatherings using a Mythala centerpiece, where participants connect with each other through sharing personal objects that hold significant meaning for both the giver and the receiver. I've led many drumming circles with people of all faiths uniting in a joyous celebration of life.

I am on an optimistic mission to help individuals and communities discover and appreciate nuances and preferences in their own and others’ cultures and traditions. My ultimate goal is a valuing and dignifying of different beliefs and practices, with appreciation, laughter and curiosity. I believe that “Together, we make sacred space, commonplace.” What's your myth? How do you altar your life?

This is Cassi, the shop owner. I'm her amazing dog Gracee. Cassi gets so involved in creating Mythalas that I have to make sure she stops to rub my belly and give me treats! She is coming along nicely though; living, loving...and taking me for walks.
