5 out of 5 starsThis backpack was a gift and custom made to fit my needs. I had a long list of requests, and they managed to make all work very well. Inna was incredibly helpful, always replying promptly and with all the info I asked for (even if that would be fabric photos). The backpack was made in 3 days, and sent super quickly - and during Christmas! The quality of the material (fabric and leather) and finishing is great, the backpack is super beautiful and comfortable and exactly what I had asked for.

5 out of 5 starsThis is a great custom made bag, the quality is excellent and Innes Bags made exactly what I wanted. Delivery was so quick from being made to getting to me. Just to bear in mind, if you are ordering for delivery in the UK, there is a £55-60 import charge to be paid on top of what I paid, just to factor this in to the cost of the bag as I didn’t realise this would happen, this is my fault though, not the sellers.

Standard shipping took roughly 3.5 weeks to Washington state, but that’s to be expected. Thank you so much for a bag that will last quite a long time.

About InnesBags
We are a small family, that in 2012 decided to change our lives and start doing what we really love - handcrafted goods.
Since I remember myself, I always created different garment and accessories for myself. It was only a matter of time when a hobby will turn into something serious.
Our first year has been an amazing adventure, a full of regular experiments with forms and materials. We combined fabrics with leather in different proportions and researched bags construction. Then we were making and testing prototypes, and after a while, we designed roll top backpack, which became our bestseller.
Starting in a small space of our apartment in one country we grown to the workshop in another :)
All our model we sew from a high quality British and American waxed cotton canvas, Italian first grade leather and durable metal hardware. Each year we improve our basic models and increase a lineup with new bags.
In our atelier, we also give our customers an opportunity to take a part in creation their own bag. In each backpacks description, you can find a lot of add-ons for customization: sizes, colour combos, pockets quantities, etc.
We included personalization offering, such as laser engraving of any words, dates, pictures, etc, while turning the bags into memorable gifts suitable for any occasion.
This is really important for us to realize you enjoy with your new bag.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order , please contact me within 14 days after you received and we could work out a refund or exchange . Please note that shipping charge are not refunded and buyer is responsible for the shipping charge of returning the item.
All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
Production time.
"Made to Order" items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
On average, we ship the order on the third day. But sometimes we are overloaded with work and the production time may increase.
