Welcome to inSaneity and thank you for caring enough to get this far into our shop.

All the good stuff is on the first few pages of the inSaneity store. This is the really necessary stuff, the less attractive side of business, but I will do my best to make it as painless as possible.

Payment
WE accept payment via Paypal.

THEY accept payment in the form of e-checks and major credit cards.

Payment is due when you place your order. It is at that time that your order is processed. Please convo me if you have questions or issues.

Missouri residents are charged a 7.735% sales tax.
Shipping
We ship UPS and USPS with delivery confirmation.

Once your order is processed, please allow 7 - 10 business days for the completion of your item and shipment. The actual shipping usually takes about 2 - 3 days. We will contact you via e-mail when your item ships and will provide you with a tracking number. Items are shipped upon completion of the ENTIRE order.

Now, real quick...

* Double check your address. I am not responsible for items you did not receive due to an incorrect address.

* We also don't ship "gifts" to your recipient. Sorry. I will be happy to ship to you with handpainted card from our Pressed Pulp collection. (pressedpulp.etsy.com)
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery. We ship with delivery confirmation and therefore are aware of the date of delivery. Returns after this time will not be accepted. We will provide you with an authorization code. We then must receive the item within 5 days after you have been given that code. The items also must be in the same condition when we receive them as they were when we sent them to you or they will not be accepted. We photograph our pieces and include them in our file attached to your invoice. We will not accept items that are damaged during return shipping, i.e. from you back to us. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

If something is not exactly as you ordered it, please let us know and we will take care of it - no problem.

Please be sure to choose your items very carefully.


If your items were purchased from a retail or online store that sells inSaneity products, please return the item directly to them. We will not accept unauthorized or unsolicited returns.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations will occur. However, the quality or basic design will never be compromised. If you have any questions, please let us know before you place your order.

Your happiness is very important to us and we appreciate the fact that you are welcoming us into your home. In addition, our reputation as skilled artists and providers of excellent customer service are equally important. So rest assured that we are always willing to go the extra step.

I have heard many pros and cons regarding the feedback system. We opt to not leave feedback for you unless you leave it for us. When doing so, please keep in mind that we are a small shop with genuinely great intentions. We are quite approachable about everything regarding your purchase. We know it is your hard earned money and we value that.
