Love this bag! I’ve been using it now for about 2 weeks and I’m so happy with it. I purchased the zip closing and hard base add-ons - both have been great investments. This bag fits a lot (I’ve been using it to lug around my laptop, drink bottle, pencil case, notebooks, charge cords and wallet for uni) and it’s had no problems fitting everything.
