If you are not happy with your product, please contact me. I decide refunds/exchanges based on individual circumstances.

I accept Paypal for safe and simple trasactions. I also accept checks and money orders.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal:

Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having a PayPal account.

If you use Paypal, please pay for your purchase within three days time. If payment is not made by the third day, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. Please note: I will try to contact the buyer via email and Conversations before I cancel any purchase.

If you pay via check/money order, please make sure I receive it in the mail within a week.

Shipping to the United States is via USPS First-Class Mail.

International orders are shipped USPS First-Class Mail International.

I will ship a ready-made item within 2-3 days of receiving your payment. If you need your item shipped sooner, let me know. Please note that if you pay with a check or money order, product will not be shipped until after the check/money order clears.

If you live somewhere besides Canada or the Untied Kingdom, please contact me for a shipping quote.

I cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. You may request insurance for your purchase at buyer's cost.

All products are made in a smoke-free home.
