My passion for all things steampunk mixed with some fantasy, a bit of the mystical, some Sci-Fi and a bit of romance all inspire my hand crafted designs. Whether it be Jewellery, Hair accessories or Journals I love unique pieces. I am inspired by Vintage particularly the cogs and gears of our industrial past and my fascination of all things Gothic helps me to create unique pieces. I specialise in busy designs bringing in a mix of items from all of these areas and because my makes are Steampunk inspired I have the freedom to add interest within my own boundaries. This also enables me to make custom pieces to my clients requirements and I love the challenge of creating to order.

I am one of life's fiddlers . I just love to fiddle until I get it to look right
It was time to turn my hobby into a business when I started to get requests for my products
I have been a crafter all of my life. Born to craft. As a young child I was fascinated by my Granny's button jar and her collection of bits of lace and patchwork. I could turn my hand to most things however there was not enough time for play and we were encouraged to work hard at school to gain academic qualifications.
After a lifetime of working in the financial world I decided to turn my hobby into a business and became one of Country Baskets Craftypeneurs. I started selling my cards, went on to design and produce my own Jewellery and ran a successful business producing bespoke Bridal pieces. Everything from Tiara's to beaded panels to bling up a wedding dress.
Although I love my bridal pieces I was fascinated by all things Vintage and in particular Steam Punk so it was inevitable that I started to produce my own take" inspired by Steam Punk". The first pieces I took to a craft fair sold before I even put them on the table. Inspired by this I went on to produce more and these have been very successful. The next logical step was to start my own Etsy Shop
