After the birth of my fourth child ( my first girl!), I knew that I wanted one of a kind headbands for her ... at an affordable price for everyone. So here I am ... two years later with my first shop. I offer something for everyone in my shop and if I don't have something for you - let me create something for you!

Payment
I accept credit cards and paypal ... If you pay with an e-check, please note that I have to wait until it clears which is generally 5 business days.

If you agree to a custom listing, you have 3 days to purchase it unless other arrangements are made.
Shipping
Most of my items ship first class to save YOU money!! If you need something shipped priority, please check out my 'upgrade' section for the priority listing.

Shipping is through First Class Mail and your package should arrive in 3 to 4 business days of shipment. Please keep in mind this shipping time frame can be a few days longer during busy times of the year. For example: holidays, non-business days, etc. Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 business days but again, this is NOT a guarantee'd service time frame through the USPS.

Once an order is processed and dropped off at the post office I am no longer responsible for that package. If you do have a problem, PLEASE contact me though. I will do my best to help you track it. I do provide tracking information for EVERY package. I am not responsible for shipping times or delays once the USPS accepts the package.

If you want to insure your package (incase of damage from shipment or being lost in the mail, etc), I offer an "insurance" option to purchase. This is a few dollars and is postal "insurance" on your package. This is an add on and will be an additional postal charge. Please note that I am not liable for your package once the USPS accepts it. I am not in control of the USPS, the weather, shipment, etc.

I'm happy to announce that I will be now shipping to international customers. Due to new postal increases, internationally shipping is now double what it used to be last year. I have a flat rate international shipping charge. Any shipping overages (if there is any) will be refunded to you after your payment is complete. Please note that my shipping guidelines applies to international orders too. I am no longer responsible for your package once the USPS accepts it. Please note that my international shipping charge is for first class only so it can take a few weeks to reach you. If you need something sent sooner and faster, please contact me for a different shipping quote.

I also recycle mailing materials... so your package might obviously be "used" instead of "new". I can't stand throwing away packages/boxes that have only been used once so I reuse them.
Refunds and Exchanges
I currently do not offer a refund policy. All sales are final.

Please note that my headband sizing is approximate and may not work for every baby. If you want a true to size fit, please provide me with measurements. I do not offer refunds or exchanges if the sizing doesn't work for you. When in doubt, please size up. Another note: the skinny elastic seems to fit tighter than the 'thicker' elastic.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that a specified width in elastic may not be available so I might have to substitute with a different width. Not all colors are available in each width but I try my best. Also note that some colors are absolutely not available to match each headband perfectly (the grape color shabby flower is a great example of this) so in instances like this, I will place it on a neutral color elastic (white, ivory, or black).
