How spicy are the dishes?
All our spice kits yield dishes that are mild to moderate. Many customers report their young children eat the food with no issues!
How many does each kit serve?
Each kit yields 4 to 5 generous servings.
Can the recipes be adapted for vegetarian or vegan diets?
Absolutely! Simply substitute firm tofu, cauliflower, potatoes, or other ingredients for the protein, non-dairy spread and yogurt, and maple syrup for honey.
