I only accept Paypal, as it is the fastest and safest way to send money. You do not need an account with PayPal to make a payment via credit/debit card. I start your order after payment is made.

***PLEASE NOTE**** Payment is REQUIRED TO BE PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE. If payment is not received and there is no communication, I will cancel the sale and I will leave negative feedback. If there is a problem making the payment on time, please convo me and let me know so that I don't cancel the sale. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter because, unfortunately, I have had a few orders and never receive the payment :(
I ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). If you need delivery confirmation, insurance, etc please let me know and I will arrange it.

I ship your item as soon as it is ready :)

I am NOT responsible for items lost in the mail.

If your ETSY and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me, I will ship the item to the address on the Etsy checkout order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis. Please feel free to contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding the custom letters, magnets, and other items.

I typically leave feedback when the item has been shipped. I'm happy to leave positive feedback for those who pay promptly. As this is my business and reputation is everything, I would appreciate it if you could contact me with any issues you have with the transaction so that I may be able to fix the situation before negative feedback is left...Thanks!

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction. PayPal payment is required within 48 hours of purchase.
