Please let us know within 10 days of receipt if there was any problem or concern with your purchase or the product you received. Our goal is to share our handmade products with you and if you are at all unsatisfied with the purchase, we'd like the opportunity to make it right.

We package all of our shower gels in plastic bags to avoid cross contamination and avoid harming any other products. If a bottle leaks, please let us know immediately.

Currently we accept PayPal only. Credit Card, Debit, E-check (items ship after check clears) are accepted via PayPal. We ask that you pay within 48 hours of purchase.

We try to make shipping costs as reasonable as possible. If the built in shipping prices are over $1 more than the actual costs, we will refund the difference up to the nearest dollar amount.

Items will be shipped within 72 hours of payment receipt to the address listed on PayPal. All items are shipped USPS unless specifically requested by the customer. Currently, we only ship within the US.

We ship in small corrugated cardboard boxes or envelopes depending on the size of the order. We try to use boxes that are like new even if they have been previously used. If you specifically would like a new box, just let us know.

We get delivery confirmation for every package to ensure that it gets there safely and on time. We do our best to send a shipping notification once the package has been shipped so you will know when you goodies will arrive.

We are happy to do special requests and will do our best to accommodating them.

Oil based products may cause shower or tub to be slippery. Please use caution with yourself and others when standing or walking on surfaces that may have come in contact with oils.

It's hard to tell what a fragrance will smell like just through a description, so we have Sniffaroos. Just send us a self addressed envelope and we will happily send you a swab of of whichever fragrances you want so you know that you're ordering your favorite scent! Just send us a message and we'll be happy to send you the address.

Terms of Sale:
By completing the purchase the buyer is agreeing to terms of sale and updated announcements listed on store's page. These announcements may include info regarding illness, delays, or vacation/holiday status. We are a home-based business without employees and take time off once in a while. We value this time and ask you to respect time with our family during holidays and vacations. Convos/emails are returned as soon as we are back if we do not have access to e-mail. We will do our best to return e-mails in a timely manner if we have access while away and will let you know when your order ships.

Additional special labeling and wrapping is available for Wedding, Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, and other parties, they make great favors!

Our products may smell great, but they are intended for external use ONLY. Do not ingest. If ingestion, allergy, or irritation occur, discontinue use and contact a physician. Also, always supervise small children while using products and keep out of reach when not in use.
