Frequently asked questions
Where are you located? How long until I receive my order?
We ship worldwide from NY, USA. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) of payment clearing and include tracking when available. Orders are shipped to the address on your etsy invoice, so please make sure this information is accurate.
Packages mailed within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. According to the USPS it should arrive within 2-4 business day. International packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail. First Class Mail generally takes about 1-3 weeks, but it may take less or more time depending on your location and customs. Tracking information is not available on international packages.
There is an 8.625% sales tax due on all items mailed to New York.
About our photographs
We do our best to photograph each of our items as true to life as possible - using natural lighting and different angles. Please note that the colors in the photos may look different depending on your monitor and settings. When it comes to the size of an item photos can sometimes be unintentionally misleading. To portray our items as accurately as possible at least one photo per listing includes a U.S. Dime for size comparison. The diameter of a U.S. Dime is 17.91mm/ .705 inches, and it is 1.35 mm/ .053 inches thick.
About our crystals
Our stones and crystals are natural so imperfections are normal and lend themselves to the individuality of each piece. Imperfections may include growth marks, natural damage, general flaws, damage, surface scratches, inclusions and irregularities in shape, color, and clarity.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your item(s) are wrapped very carefully to ensure that they arrive at their destination safely. Items are shipped using clean, reused packing materials when available. All bubble packs and packing peanuts that we use to ship our packages are reused. When we don't have materials to reuse, we use only recycled tissue paper, packing paper, and bubble wrap. In an attempt to save resources we do not send paper invoices/packing slips with orders shipped within the U.S. If you need one, please let us know in the note to seller box upon checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Although we wrap your items very securely, shipping accidents can happen. Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you have any issues or breakage. Same goes for lost packages, just send us a convo and we'll do our best to work with you. *Photos are required to process damaged items, to speed up the process please attach photos of the items and packaging via convo upon reporting your damage.
My package was Returned To Sender
If you place an order with us and provide incorrect information which causes the order to be "returned to sender", we will either resend the items to a corrected address for additional shipping cost, or we will refund your money minus shipping costs. (This policy also applies to those outside the U.S. for "returned to sender" packages due to failure to pay duties.)
