4 out of 5 starsI got this for my Christmas tree this year 2019. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend since he is Jewish. He was surprised! It does not stay straight up on tree so we placed it and propped it up.The tree looked good.

The Jewish and Catholic families doing the hora!
Don't you feel what I feel?
My husband and I started this shop because we wanted decor, apparel, and jewelry products that reflected our interfaith identity. As we had just moved into our first home, I was sick of "balancing" my Jewish and Christian items, and as a freelance graphic designer, it wasn't too hard to start creating my own interfaith decor.
The initial idea was sparked at Church on Palm Sunday, when I was distracted (to Greg's dismay) by my creation of a hybrid Jewish Star and Cross woven by palm leaves. We left Church to drive to my parents' house for Passover, and then from there were driving to my in-laws for Easter. It was a perfect example of our dynamic interfaith lifestyle.
I told my Dad, a constant skeptic of my never-ending business ideas (by the way, I am a full time climate scientist very happy with my job!), about my vision, and he actually thought it was a good idea. That's all I needed to move forward.
While my husband and I are happily married now, it wasn't always like this. I fell in love with Greg in a heartbeat, and poured out my feelings within a week. He had just taken a vow to never date a non-Catholic again. So I asked if that meant he would never marry me... long story short, we struggled for years with our hearts longing for each other, and our heads telling us it wasn't going to work.
Eventually, we spent six challenging years demonstrating to our families and ourselves that it could work: we watched documentaries; read books; met with couples, rabbis, and priests; listened to talk shows; went to Church and Synagogue; and even attended pre-engagement counseling. Our wedding day was a triumphant victory of love.
Today I personally design nearly 200 interfaith items, from gift wrap to necklaces to onesies. My husband is always by my side, ready for the next project. We are so honored to share our story with you all, and to help make your lives feel a little bit more, well, you.
