About

In The Bee Tree

I actually started In The Bee Tree years ago, but it was called The Honey Treatment, and I focused mainly on creating bath and body goods, candles, and teas. Then, I discovered the wonderful world of wool, and took a break to focus my attention on knitting, crochet, spinning wool, and realized that I really wanted to do a little bit of everything. Just like life, things shifted and changed, and I found the courage to put my creations online. It grew from a few listings of wool rovings to wool rovings, jewelry, tools, hand spun yarn, and there's still so much more to come.

I've always daydreamed about having my own store front. A cozy little place for classes, nooks and shelves chock full of wool and yarn, connecting with people on a creative level, and sharing the joy of creativity. For now, I am very happy to have little space on Etsy!

Thank you for reading!

In The Bee Tree is my secret little hiding place. Here, I can daydream, create, and find peace. It's something I can share with the people I love, and share with the world. Creating is such a magical process, and wonderfully fulfilling!

Shop policies

Thanks for stopping by! Here at In The Bee Tree, creativity and customer service are top priorities, right along with high quality handmade goods. Don't hesitate to ask questions, make suggestions, or just drop a friendly "Hi!".

I am happy to send goods as gifts to a third party to help save on shipping. There will be a $3.00 fee for the packaging materials, and all you have to do is let me know what kind of wrapping/tissue paper you would like, and a color palette. I will also include a hand written note in there for you to the individual(s) if you would like!

Payment
Payments can be made with credit, or debit cards, and, as always, PayPal. I'm sorry, but at this time, I do not accept checks.
Shipping
Shipping is done so through USPS. All orders come with a tracking number. Most shipments will make it within 5-7 days, however, I can't help whatever mother nature dishes out, and shipments may take longer.

I try my best to ship either same day or next day. Unfortunately, my local post offices aren't open on Saturdays anymore, so if you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped out on Monday (except on holidays).
Refunds and Exchanges
I do offer refunds for undamaged and unused items, as long as the buyer convos me within three (3) business days. The purchase price, minus shipping, will be refunded within 24 hours of my receiving the returned item.
Additional policies and FAQs
A custom order will take time to make, therefore, I ask for a minimum of 3 days on smaller goods (baby socks, wrist warmers, and hand spun wool), and up to a month for larger goods, such as afghans. The price that I set will be for materials, time, and shipping. As far as materials go, I will only charge what it cost me to purchase. The profit I make will be in the time it takes me to complete the project, and the level of difficulty. If the requested item is a gift for someone else, I will be happy to package it wonderfully, and ship it to the individual(s) for a small $3 fee. Thank you so much!!
