Welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies. Feel free to convo me with any questions you may have that aren't answered here.

By making a purchase from my shop it is assumed that you have read the following policies and agree to these terms.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details
➢ I am currently not accepting returns or exchanges. I do my very best to accurately describe items and take detailed photos. Please make sure you read the entire description, sometimes you have to expand this section if you're viewing a listing via your phone. If you would like to see additional photos or need more info please feel free to contact me before purchasing.

➢ In the rare case that something breaks (example; earring back, pin back or chain) please contact me with pictures and I will do my best to fix or replace the piece. In this case, I will cover all shipping fees.

➢ I am happy to adjust a chain length if needed but shipping to me is at cost to you. Please make sure you contact me first and that the item is sent with tracking. I will ship it back to you for free.
Payment
➢ I accept most major credit cards and PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. Etsy also accepts credit cards directly.
Shipping
➢ I always ship to the address provided at checkout. If by chance you have entered the wrong address, you will need to request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct address listed. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct so that your order can be processed in a timely manner.

➢ US SHIPPING
All orders ship within 1 - 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). First Class mail generally takes about 3 - 5 business days to get to you but it is not uncommon for it to take a little longer, especially around the holidays. Please note that I will have your order in the mail in a timely manner but once USPS has it, the delivery time frame is out of my control. There is an option at checkout to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1 - 3 days) if you would like to speed up the ship time a little or insure your order (up to $100) for $4.99. This does not speed up my processing time as that will still be 1 - 3 business days.

➢ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
First Class Mail International airmail has no way to track delivery and it does not include insurance for losses/damages during shipment. Generally there is a delivery estimate of 6-10 business days but it could take longer so please keep that in mind when placing your order. In some rare instances it could take up to 6 weeks depending on the country. GERMANY has a delivery estimate of 4-6 weeks due to longer customs delays.

➢If there are any Customs/Duties fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Each country is different and it is advised to check into what these may be for your respective country. These could be anywhere from 20% of your order total plus additional Post Office fees. I do not refund any of these fees. If you find yourself at the post office faced with this and do not wish to pay then simply refuse the parcel and it will be sent back to me in several weeks. Once I receive the item back I will refund the purchase price, but NOT shipping fees.
Additional policies and FAQs
➢ If an item is described as vintage, slight surface wear (scuffs/scratches) and/or patina/age spots are to be expected. This will vary from piece to piece. I do my best to photograph and describe everything as best as I can. If for any reason you have doubts before purchasing, please contact me with any questions you may have. I'm always happy to provide additional photos if needed.

First and foremost, it is important that you read the entire description as this will include most of the details related to the particular pencil necklace you are looking at. I try to include as many pictures as possible but I am more than happy to provide more if you would like.

Care instructions

Many of my pieces are made with raw brass. Since this is unplated, it will naturally darken up over time and form a patina. A really simple trick to brightening up your piece again is to rub a little ketchup or white toothpaste on it, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Wholesale availability

I offer wholesale pricing of 50% off with a minimum purchase of $200. Pencil necklaces are not included in this offer. Some items are limited quantities due to vintage supplies. Wholesale orders may take up to 6-10 business days to ship. Please send me a convo for wholesale inquires.

Gift wrapping and packaging

➢ Pins, necklaces and bracelets are packaged on branded card stock in a clear bag. Earrings will come in a small gift box for extra security. If would like your item in a little gift box please just leave me a note at checkout.

Will I get an invoice/recepit?

I will only send an invoice if requested. All international orders will have one for the sake of customs. You can view and print your invoice via "Your Account" (top right) under "Purchases".
