4 out of 5 starsGreat quality - excellent workmanship. I was, however, hoping to see the "Mr. Softy" logo on the truck and it wasn't there, so was disappointed, since I am a huge Mr. Softy fan. Otherwise, a great item.

I create Couch Art! An ongoing collection of handmade pillows using my photographs.
Being a photographer and having a love for sewing, the first pillow I created was of my cat, Keywan. It only took 24 hours before I made my first sale and was asked to be in a brick and mortar shop in Brooklyn, NY. I knew this was it, I had to keep going, I had to expand. In the seam has been going strong since 2010. I have been featured in TIME Magazine, TimeOut NY, PDN Magazine, and sell in a handful of Museum shops including the International Center of Photography, Brooklyn Museum, and The San Diego Museum of Art. I'm the photographer who shoots all of the images for my rapidly growing company. I also help clients create custom pillows using their existing photographs. Custom pet pillows are a large part of my business, it keeps me on my toes, and with the cast of characters that come out of my printer, it keeps me smiling too.
My current studio is located in an old sweater factory in Brooklyn, NY. I have a still-life photo studio set up on one side, and a large industrial printer that separates my office from the working studio on the other. Long tables stretch across one wall and into the middle where mounted bolts of fabric can be rolled down and cut. I spend many days and nights here, it's my home away from home.
