For all custom order requests, please message us via Etsy Messenger with the details. Once placed, custom orders may take 1-2 weeks to be completed and shipped. If we are to source fabric and trim for you, this may add an additional week to your lead time. All estimates and quotes will be discussed during order placement.
Custom orders may not be cancelled once the order is in work. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged.

FOR SCARVES ONLY
We recommend hand washing your new polyester scarf in cold water with a mild detergent and letting it air dry. Make sure not to apply any heat or steam to it, as this will release the pleats. So no irons or dryers!
The silk scarf is much more delicate, therefore more difficult to care for, as natural fibers are prone to releasing the pleat. It is best to send your scarf to a specialty or bridal dry cleaner, but always research them before entrusting your scarf to them!

If you plan to wear the scarf frequently, we recommend the polyester version.

We don't offer gift wrapping services because we already pack everything so nicely. :) Nice packaging is important to us.

We tend to write little notes on all orders, so if you'd like us to say anything in specific, please include this in your order notes.

All orders are sent out with our company sticker on the package and merchandise. If you want your gift to remain discreet, please let us know and we will not include the stickers.

If you're interested in a large quantity of custom pleated fabric, send us a message! Larger or more complax orders may be handled through our main email, so please include your contact information in your message.
