About

With creative energy that is inspired by running in nature, and is fueled by chocolate, I bring to you colorful, and playful glass creations to enjoy.

This has been quite a journey for me. In 2009 I decided to leave the medical/vet teaching world and follow my heart as a glass artist. Through various ups, downs, sideways events, and a-has I discovered that I had another love inside of me that needed to come out: ultra trail running. Translation: I run very long distances in nature and sometimes, it's just me for miles around and sometimes it's in the middle of the night. I love it because in this space I am at one with all that is around me and when I'm in this space, that's when ideas come to me and I take these ideas into my glass studio.

At my torch, it's just me and the glass and I let the glass speak to me. Some things turn out as planned and some don't. Some things are a miraculous surprise and some well, not so much. I make what speaks to me the most because the energy that goes into the piece is very high. I want my clients to be totally thrilled with the piece they receive.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

In terms of breakage during shipping, all items are packaged "Fort Knox" style to prevent, at all possible, breakage. All items are sent in boxes and are made motionless within the box.

However, in the unlikely event that damage was obtained during shipping, please contact me ASAP after package arrival. Include a picture of the damaged item inside the box so that I can make it right.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of the glass work is made to the best of my ability. Each piece goes straight from the torch and into the kiln for annealing. Annealing is a cooling process to prevent spontaneous cracking. However, annealing does not prevent breakage by rough handling or dropping on a hard surface such as concrete floor.

Each customer is important and will be treated with courtesy and respect.Feedback is important for all ETSY sellers, so after receipt of your package, please leave feedback and I will do the same. Thank you so much!
