Welcome to Forest of Wild Fruits. All of our items are handmade. All herbal products are natural, organic, and/ or wildcrafted. We take pride in providing quality items for our customers.

We guarantee to make all of our products from quality ingredients and materials. Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions concerning a product that you are interested in. Due to the nature of the products that we offer, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. Our shop is also not able to accommodate requests for cancellation of orders. We process orders as soon as they are received and ship them within 4 business days. Therefore, to keep our prices low, we will honor all orders that are received. However, if you have had issues with your ordering process, please feel free to contact us to clear up any discrepancies.

With that in mind, we make every effort to ensure items are shipped properly and we stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us directly through email or the etsy messaging system. If a "complaint" is left in the review section, we will then assume that you seek no resolution to any issues that you may have.
All orders must be paid before they are shipped. We do not accept payments on delivery or other such arrangements.


1. Payments are now accepted directly through Etsy! Simply enter your credit card information during the checkout process as you would with any other online purchase. Etsy Gift Cards can also be used with the Direct Checkout option as well.

2. PayPal: You don't need to be registered with PayPal to use this option. Simply follow the payment process and you will be taken to the PayPal site, where you can log in to your account to complete the payment, or enter your credit/debit card information or complete an online "check" to finish the transaction.

Orders that are not fully paid within 48 hours will be canceled and re-listed. If you purchase any item that is ''made to order'' or ''custom'', we require AT LEAST a 50% non refundable deposit, but reserve the right to request full payment before starting any order, so please be sure to have full payment available . Please contact us for information concerning "made to order" and "custom" items.
Most Domestic orders shipped via First Class Mail generally arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment, but may take up to 2 weeks around holidays. US orders can be upgraded to Priority Mail by request; please contact me prior to your purchase if you wish to upgrade shipping.

International orders shipped via First Class Mail generally arrive within 10-14 business days after shipment. However, due to Customs and your country’s postal system, orders may take up to and/or over 4 weeks to arrive. (I am located on the US East Coast) International orders do not have a tracking number; the Customs Form Number on your parcel is for declaration/content purposes only, and scanned updates are not forwarded to track progress online. I can upgrade shipping to Priority Mail International or Express International (which can both include a tracking number) by request. Please contact me prior to your purchase for an updated shipping quote (prices are quoted by parcel weight).

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail is available for domestic and international purchases, for an additional cost - please contact me prior to making your purchase to adjust the shipping price for the item you wish to buy, or I can set up a custom listing if you wish to buy multiple shop items.

We ship every Tuesday and Friday and only ship items that have been paid in full. Orders received by Monday at 5pm EST will be shipped on Tuesday. Orders received by Thursday 5pm EST will be shipped on Friday (This does not necessarily apply to "custom" or "made to order" requests. Please send me a message for an estimated shipping date). If the shipping day falls on the same day as a federal holiday, we will ship the very next business day. Our shipping prices include shipping supplies and materials and shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship orders unless the address can be verified. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address is correct and up to date. If the address cannot be verified, we will set your order aside and contact you once regarding the discrepancy. We will then wait for your response for a period of 3 days. Please be sure to check your email and Etsy order regularly. Your order will then ship once we receive verification of your address. If we have not received a response within those 3 days, we will ship the package to the address originally provided on the invoice. If the shipment is not delivered properly or to the correct address as a result of the buyer providing an incorrect or out of date shipping address, we will not be held liable for any lost items or undeliverable mail. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for providing shipping costs and applicable fees (ranging from $3 to $10, and to be determined at the discretion of Forest of Wild Fruits) to reship the package. If the buyer chooses not to pay for shipping costs and applicable fees, buyer agrees to forfeit the order and all monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Once an item has been shipped, we mark all items as shipped, send out shipping notifications, and include the shipping number. Since orders SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES typically arrive within 2 - 5 business days, CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING MARKED AS SHIPPED if you have any issues with your order. Please be sure to check your email and Etsy order regularly. Since INTERNATIONAL ORDERS typically arrive within 1 - 2 weeks, CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF THE ITEM BEING MARKED AS SHIPPED if you have any issues with your order. Please be sure to check your email and Etsy order regularly. Any inquiries received outside of these timelines will greatly reduce the chance of us recovering or rectifying any issues due to loss or damage involving the mailing service.

We do our due diligence to make sure to ship the items correctly and on time. In the rare event of an item being returned to us due to improper packaging, we will immediately repackage and resend and will notify you of the situation. We are not responsible for mail lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service, other mailing services, or the receiving parties. All orders can have insurance added to their purchase as a measure to safeguard against lost or damaged packages. Since we have added the insurance option, which is very affordable, we will not be able to compensate for any lost or damaged packages which includes but is not limited to resending lost items, refunding, providing store credit, etc. If you would like your item(s) to be shipped by another company (Fedex, UPS, etc) please contact me prior to ordering for correct shipping rates.

Please read full description of items. We also sell our creations offline, so sometimes we will leave a listing active to fill "made to order" or "custom" purchases. We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

We shall in no way be held responsible for the actions of anyone using our products, including but not limited to our seeds, plants, herbs, jewelry, and other products sold on our site. We shall in no way be liable for the use/misuse of the products sold on our site. It is the responsibility of the buyer/ consumer to research or consult the necessary professionals to understand how our products will work for them individually.

We cannot be held liable for the germination or non germination of any of the seeds that we offer. Any growing instructions are simply basic suggestions and are not to be viewed as all inclusive instructions. There are many variables concerning particular climate, time of year planted, indoor/outdoor environment, particular soil being used, etc. If you are new to growing a particular plant, you are highly encouraged to contact us for more specific suggestions, however, the buyer is ultimately responsible for educating themselves on how to achieve the best results in their particular environment.

If you require different accommodations than the terms that have been presented, please contact us first to discuss options. Otherwise, by making a purchase, you agree that you have read through and accept the policies that have been noted in our shop. With this in mind, the "buyer's note" section is not the place to ask questions or make requests that could affect the order, as we will be receiving these requests and questions after purchase. If the questions or requests were not made known to us prior to purchase, we cannot guarantee that the question or request will be met. Please ask all questions or make all requests PRIOR to purchase, if it could affect your desire to order, could change the items being purchased, etc.
