Returns and exchange details
***WEDDING INVITATIONS/SAVE THE DATES/CUSTOM ORDERS...
Most of the time refunds are null and void because of customizing most products. Refunds are not given due to mispellings and font or format changes after you have approved the final proof. We always send a "final proof" before printing and are not responsible for any errors or changes once we receive your approval. We always recommend printing your proof and looking it over with at least 2 other people who can also check for errors. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Everything is shipped USPS First class mail unless otherwise specified. We will do our best to accommodate a lost order, but we will not refund your order if it was out of our hands. You must report lost packages to your local USPS office. If refunds ARE given it will be on a case by case basis and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT! If paying with a PayPal account, please be sure that the address you have assigned to your account is correct and up to date, because your order will be shipped to that address. We cannot ship to an address other than the one you've provided at checkout!

Upon receiving payment you agreeing to the terms of the *contract below. Whether you read this or not you are agreeing to the terms below:

*CONTRACT: Once we receive your payment (deposit where applicable) we will begin the proofing process. Please be sure to order the maximum amount of invitations needed. If additional invitations are needed please note due to reordering materials, and overall processing of your order your additional invitations may be priced as an initial order and not the original bulk discounted price.
Before the production of your order begins, a final proof is sent via Word doc, for you to look over and approve. Once your approval is given to us your order will begin. WE WILL NOT PRINT without your final approval. It is very important that you proof read your wording very carefully. At This & That Creations, we are not reliable for any mistakes, errors, or misspelling after the final proofing/approval and completion of order. In the event that there is an error in the wording after completion, we will do our best to accommodate you, but there will be an additional cost for materials.
We, at This & That Creations would like you to understand the individualism of your invitations. All our products are hand crafted and it is natural for variations in color, texture and pattern to sometimes occur, especially in hand made paper products. These should be considered part of the character and uniqueness of the product.
Also in agreement with this contract, This & That Creations owns all copyrights and images used in all projects and may use you samples and invitations for our portfolio, catalog, website, online advertising or other promotional purposes without further consent from client.

Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise noted. If an alternate method is preferred it must be requested and purchased from the buyer. According to the USPS, First Class mail has an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. This time frame is NOT guaranteed. While packages usually arrive MUCH, MUCH sooner, our policy when working with the USPS, is to allow up to 14 business days for the delivery of your order with first class shipping.
DISCOUNTED SHIPPING:
We do NOT discount shipping. Our shipping cost does not only include the cost of shipping but the cost of tracking (if applicable), packaging, speedy **expediting an order and handling fees. We feel the cost of the card, including shipping is still a very great price for a handcrafted card. We take pride in expediting orders within **one business day and having overall fast shipping times, as you can see from our reviews. Please follow us on our social media sites for occasional promotional deals. **Custom orders may take longer.
UPGRADED SHIPPING:
Priority and Express shipping upgrades are always an option upon request and if purchased from the buyer. Priority shipping times are 1-3 business days depending on the destination location. We suggest working with your time line and any time constraints you may have when choosing an expedited shipping option. We are always happy to work with you on expediting your order and meeting time frames. Please convo us before ordering with any questions you may have on shipping times.
As you can see from our reviews, we pride ourselves in expediting and shipping orders within “ONE” business day. Custom orders can take longer when there is a proofing process. Please understand once the package is mailed it is in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over the USPS handling and delivery times as we are NOT the USPS. Please keep in mind when ordering, shipping times can be delayed by Mother Nature and also be slower during holidays and busy times of the year so please plan accordingly.
TRACKING:
We track all orders of four or more cards on domestic orders. For orders, less than four cards, tracking can be requested and purchased from the buyer, ranging from an additional $0.50 to $1.50. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to have your order tracked. We are not responsible for missing packages once it’s marked delivered. Please contact your local Post Office or call 1-800-275-8777, with the tracking number found on your invoice. In many cases the USPS may not update the tracking information right away but they can track the exact location of your package when using the tracking number and GPS.
INSURANCE POLICY
Insurance can be added to your order for an additional $1.50/order. Coverage is by a package-by-package basis and determined by the insurance company once a claim is submitted. By purchasing the insurance, you are agreeing to our policy and terms which coincide with the insurance company’s policy. There are numerous steps submitting a claim and the process is a lengthy process so your patience is very important. We will take all steps necessary to submit a claim BUT in some cases your involvement as the buyer will be required, especially in “damaged” cases. When an item is damaged during shipment you will be required to take the package to your local USPS as it was received. The USPS will need to assess the damage and give you a document which reflects their fault while delivering your package. This form is necessary to start a claim. This is a VERY IMPORTANT step and since we do not have the product in our procession there is no way for us to fulfill this step.
IMPORTANT:
• 3 cards or less WILL NOT receive refund for shipping charges cannot be claimed. The insurance will be null and void if an incorrect address is given upon check out.
• MISSING OR DAMAGED MAIL should be filed immediately, and all claims must be filed within 90 days. If the claim is for “loss” items, claim cannot be opened until 30 days after the ship date (40 days for international orders).
• All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
NOT COVERED:
• Loss, damage, shortage, or non-arrival of any parcel or freight and its contents which is addressed incorrectly.
• Insurance Fees
• Insurance for the following areas are restricted: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela. Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

Please understand we are not the shipping carrier or the insurance company. We will do everything in our power to work with these companies during unforeseen situations.

Warning: Any fraudulent claims will make the shipper and/or package recipient liable for prosecution for mail fraud under the Federal Criminal Code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship our international orders via USPS First Class mail. Orders of 3 cards or more will come with tracking information. If you would like tracking for orders of less than 3 cards, please contact us for a tracking upgrade to be added to your order. Please acknowledge that USPS has limited tracking once a package leaves the USA depending upon your country and their policies. Additional tracking can be purchased with registered mail or by shipping the package Priority or Express. The USPS estimates international First Class mail to take up to 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-8 weeks depending on your country’s postal service and may be delayed by customs processing. Our policy is to wait 4 weeks until we declare a package “lost”. If your package is taking longer than expected, we recommend you contacting your local postal service to see if they have your package in their possession. These delays may be from custom fees, taxes, etc.. International packages may incur fees, duties, taxes and/or other charges from your countries Customs. These charges are not included in the listing price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt. We disclose the value of the order on the customs forms of 3 cards or more. You can contact us before purchasing if you would like to upgrade your shipping to registered or Express Priority.
REFUNDS and LOST ORDERS:
We do not refund lost orders. We will do our best to accommodate a lost order, but we will not refund if it was out of our hands. If refunds or exchanges ARE given, it will be on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please be sure that the “ship to” address you are providing at checkout is correct!!! Please make sure that the address you have assigned to your Etsy account is correct and up to date prior to making a purchase or during checkout. Incorrect addresses will delay the delivery of the package or will result in it being sent back to us. If an order is returned to us we will notify you immediately with ways to fix the problem. If you have not received your order we will do our best to rectify this situation, however WE MUST be contacted within 30 days of placing the order. Under these circumstances, cost of postage to resend the order will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will not refund an order do to a “change of plans”. We will not refund an order for anything “custom”. We will ALWAYS work with you and try to rectify any problem if one should arise. We understand the products you are purchasing are for special events in your life and we LOVE that you have chosen us to be a part of this process and want nothing more than for this to be a stress-free time for you:)
CANCELLATIONS
Please verify items before purchasing. Orders are expedited extremely quickly. Refunds will ONLY be given if cancellation request is prior to processing.
EXCHANGES & MISSING PACKAGES
If you mistakenly purchased an incorrect item (wrong title or wrong design) we can offer a 1 time exchange. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Exchanges will only be offered and honored up to 30 days from ship date.

If you do not need all of the information cards, or need to change the price to better fit your budget please convo us, and we would be HAPPY to find something that will better suit you. There are so many factors that can change the pricing from as simple as removing a ribbon, removing a layer of paper, etc.
