Absolutely gorgeous love them ❣️

I want to start this review with the positives These save the dates are the cutest I absolutely love them! as for the customer service not so much. I ordered these in early March. She sent me a rough draft that I found some errors on she fixed them and said the would be sent out. They did not go out in transit until April 9th the box was destroyed and a reprint was needed this was obviously something that was out of her hands however I had to constantly reach out to ask what was going on she never once let me know what was going on. I finally received my order yesterday 2 months after original order date and 1 month after original package was sent out. My save the dates are going out 1 month behind schedule. These are adorable but not worth the stress.

Customer service was great ❤️ Communication was very fluid and the product turned out amazing.

They are so beautiful and though took some time to get them she was very helpful and always quick to respond and they were perfect.

Was exactly as I asked it to be, I asked for them to adjust the flowers and they adjusted it within the day. I am absolutely in love with these! And cannot wait to send them out!

Overall my product was great. Everything was correct and looked great. However shipping and seller customer service wasn’t great at all. Ordered 75 magnet save the dates in February and magnets was suppose to be shipped out February 24th. Had to reach out to seller March 3rd to see what was happening. Seller said the magnets were damaged and will be sent out March 13th. March 15th rolls around and had to message seller since I didn’t get any notification for shipping. Seller said she is packing and shipping them on March 16th actually. Finally received them March 20th. Wish seller reached out to me first when there was a damage issue and would cause such a delay in receiving them. Wouldn’t return for future products. Communication is key.
