Welcome to my shop policies! It's important to me that you feel great about your purchase. If you have a special situation or question, you're very welcome to convo me.

Returns and exchanges
My items are made with love, and I package them with care so that they will reach you safely. However, once a package leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for what happens to it in transit, for example if it gets lost or damaged. For this reason I recommend that if you have concerns about this, you let me know at the time of purchase that you would like to also purchase insurance and/or tracking (the latter only applies to international orders as all domestic orders automatically come with tracking). I'll make a modified invoice that reflects the increased cost of these items.

I strive for quality and beauty as well as accurate depiction of my pieces. However, if for some reason you don't love the item when it arrives, please let me know immediately what the problem is. If I can't correct it to your satisfaction, I will grant a full product refund (minus shipping) when you mail it back within three days of receipt.
I take Paypal, although if you have a special situation you're welcome to send me a convo about it. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you contact me and we reach another agreement. If no payment is received within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.
Items take different lengths of time to complete, and this affects shipping date. For example, most jewelry will ship the day after payment is received, whereas custom clothing can take 3-5 days to complete. If you are unsure what to expect, please either refer to the specific item page or contact me.

I try to be fair about shipping costs. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost reflects not only the cost of mailing the item, but the cost of packaging as well, and in some cases (mostly only international), the cost of the extra time it takes to make a special trip to the post office (which I don't have to do for domestic orders).

I ordinarily ship USPS (with tracking info and delivery confirmation for domestic orders) the day after payment is received, but please contact me before paying if you would like faster shipping. I can create another invoice for you that reflects the additional cost.
