HOLIDAY NOTICE

Dear iPatchers, we will be away on our annual leave from Wednesday the 23rd of May to Saturday 2nd of June 2018. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched upon our return on Monday the 4th of June.

Although we will have limited access to emails, you are welcome to contact us if you have any queries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please feel free to browse through our range of hand-made designer eye patches that are made to fit over a pair of eyeglasses

and to be used for the treatment of AMBLYOPIA (lazy eye) or any other eye condition requiring patching.

We offer two different types of patches in many colors and fun designs.
Solid colors are available, as well as characters.

NO MORE TEARS and irritated skin caused from adhesive patches, now you can make patching a pleasure!

If you don’t see a design or color that you like, please let us know, as we may be able to create one just for you!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
You are entitled to a 7 day cooling-off period under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means that, if you decide you do not want your items for any reason, you must tell us in writing within 7 days (maximum) of receiving your item that you do not want it. You will be asked to return the item to us within another 7 days maximum for UK customers and 15 days for international customers. All items must be sent back in the same condition you received it.

You are asked to return items to us by a postal service which includes sufficient insurance to cover loss or damage and we recommend that you use a tracking method such as recorded delivery.
Refunds will be made via original method of payment upon receiving the returned goods.

The cost of returning the items to us is the responsibility of the customer and this will NOT be refunded.

Lost or Missing Orders Policy

Please note that international delivery times can not be guaranteed due to reasons beyond my control.

In the unlikely event of your order being lost in the post, I have to wait until the time has elapsed before I can instigate a claim for the lost package.
If your order doesn't arrive within 25 working days, I will issue you a full refund and make a claim against a carrier.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail international Signed For services, which usually takes about 10 working days to arrive and require a signature upon delivery. I will provide a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order after dispatch.

I am happy to use express delivery services upon request (TNT express, delivery within 1-3 working days), quotes start from 23 GBP for USA, Australia, Canada, etc. Please feel free to contact me for a quote.

I never charge excessive amounts for postage and packaging. Our P&P charges are made up of the Royal Mail charge for the service plus a small contribution towards the packaging materials.
