Dear Deryck, thank you for your review. We have messaged you to ask you if you would like a replacement hat sent, but as yet, we have not received an answer from you. Please could you send a photo of the defect, and let us know if you would like a replacement hat sent to you? Regarding the shipping time, the estimated delivery time was until 17 February, and you actually received your order on 17 February - though on this oaccasion shipping time was longer than usual, however you still received your order with the estimated shipping time.
