My story

I am a Knit & Crochet Designer living in Southern Ontario, Canada. I began learning my skill from my mom, grandma, and great grandma when i was in middle school. This wonderful tradition has been passed on from generation to generation in our family, and has become my passion through design. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
• We take pride in providing a high quality product, if you require an exact size, please include exact measurements when ordering.

• As every item is custom made, there is no refunds or returns.

• Order Cancellation is only available within 48 hrs of order being placed. Order cancellation fee may apply if yarn/supplies were already ordered for your item. We do not cancel orders after 48 hours.

• If package was refused or returned unclaimed, we will offer you to pay for shipping & send it to you again. Please note, additional shipping fee for returned packages may apply by Canada Post and will be included in your invoice. There is no order cancellations for unclaimed or refused packages, you have 6 month to claim it and pay for shipping.
• I accept all payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay using your Master Card, Visa, American Express.

• Payment must be cleared before shipping If you pay with an e-check (bank card) through pay pal.

• Tax will apply to all Canadian transactions.

SAFETY REGULATIONS: All handmade items should be used/worn under adult supervision only. Items that contain small parts, pins, detachable pieces, snaps, buttons, zipper heads, bows, rhinestones, decorative appliqués, ties, drawstrings, shoelaces, ribbons, and other dangling attachments should not be used as toys, as sleepwear, or while unsupervised.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:

As a Canadian designer, I use GoDaddy for email services, which is based in the USA. Any emails related to Etsy transactions would go through our email server and kept for a limited time.

Your Rights:

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

~ Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
~ Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
~ Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
~ Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
