She even sent a few free stickers. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend the book or the coloring pages.

Shipping
I ship all items with PRIORITY MAIL (NO TRACKING NUMBER) from Italy. Delivery is taking about 8-15 working days normally, but sometimes is faster or slower, it depends on destination and busy season.

TAXES:
A note about import taxes- Each country operates its own rules on taxing imported goods. Occasionally packages are held at the customer’s country until this duty is paid. In this case it’s up to you to pay the fee, or the package will be sent back to me. However most shipments seem to arrive without any problems or extra cost. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Custom and personalised orders
I love to make custom orders! Click the "Request Custom Order" button and tell me what you're looking for!
If I can accept your request, I will create a Private Listing just for you and you’ll be notified via email and Etsy Conversations that your order is ready to purchase. This listing won't be publicly viewable in Etsy Search or on my shop prior to your purchase.
Please note that custom orders are time consuming and this is reflected in their price. Before starting any custom work, I require full payment upfront via Etsy checkout to cover the costs of materials, time etc. Custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Italy standard delivery
Standard parcels are sent from Italy using the priority mail (not tracked).
If you want a different shipping method with shipment tracking let me know.
