All items are shipped as simple mail for products < $50, and as registered mail service (with track number) for products > $50.

The orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

The estimated delivery date is between 12-28 business days depending on your location.

USA: 15 - 20 business days
CANADA: 16 - 21 business days
EUROPE: 15 - 20 business days
ASIA: 20 - 25 business days
AUSTRALIA: 22 - 27 business days

These delivery dates are approximate. December is a busy month in the mail, so your package will take longer to arrive.

► I will not be responsible under any circumstances for the mistakes of the post office or customs offices. I'm careful when I release the package in the post office. Therefore I will not accept a negative feedback for the situations mentioned above. Please be understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. No return or exchange.
I fully inspect each product before it ships.
- I will be responsible for lost items sent as Registered mail for products over $50 wich do not appear as Delivered or Attempt to Delivered on the tracking. If they are lost I'll refund your money minus the shipping cost.
- I have exchange and return policy on incorrect items shipped only.
- I do not accept the return of items if they have been washed or worn.
- The colors of the photographs of each product vary from screen to screen, so this is not a reason that I accept to change a product.
- The time it takes for the package to reach its destination can vary for many reasons that are beyond me as an individual, therefore I ask you patience and understanding that this is not a reason that I accept for a refund.
