And the Rest is History!
I love jewelry, art, and history. I now have a regular yearly set of events that we attend, along with my etsy site, a website (http://www.the-treasury-store.com/) and my blog site (www.eirny.com) I also wholesale to several other suppliers of historic accessories.
The Treasury, which is the official name of my shop, is a very special company. My husband and I live off the grid on 43 acres in high altitude Arizona. We produce all of our own power through solar, wind, and a generator. It is our goal to make our carbon footprint as small as possible. Our house is passive solar and super insulated and my shop is heated completely with salvaged wood from a "pasture improvement project" that occurred back in the 1970's (we didn't do it!).
Whenever possible I rely on American materials for use in my artwork. The metal that I use in my business is almost all sourced through green American companies, and all of the items that I sell are made in my own shop. I do not outsource to foreign countries or sell other people's work.
Owner, & Everything Else
I've lived all over the US, from sea to shining sea. Currently living off-the-grid on 43 acres in the high desert of Northern Arizona with my hubby, a terrier named Jack, and a fat cat named Jesse James.
I am a loyal service dog who loves to zoom around the yard at a million miles an hour and get scritches. I was rescued, so I think my current job is more than awesome!
