I originally saw this piece in a gallery. It is so beautifully done, pictures don't do her work justice. I look forward to purchasing more!

I LOVE everything "Irene"! :) And this was no exception.......this platter is absolute perfection, as is all of her artwork! For anyone considering purchasing any of her pieces, don't dwell on it for very long.........her one of a kind pieces WILL disappear, and you'll be sorrier for it!! Good luck Irene, and happy shopping buyers!! :)

I make all of my work in my own studio in Custer, WA. I make some items on a wheel, some are handbuilt using slabs, and some work is cast. It will state in the description of the item how it is made.

I decorate all my work with my own designs and some have decals added in a third firing. All work is food safe.

Returns and exchanges
Please return any damaged items for complete refund or replacement within 14 days of shipment.

If you are unhappy with your item, so am I!!! Please contact me as soon as your item arrives so we can discuss our options.
I accept payments in full through Etsy and Paypal. If you would like to order something and make several payments, please convo me and we can discuss options.
My shipping charge is added to the purchase price of the item along with sales taxes where appropriate. Due to the fragile nature of my work, I wrap everything in bubble wrap, and then pack with styrofoam peanuts. Sometimes I will double box an item to protect it.

If an item arrives broken, please let me know immediately so we can discuss options and file a claim. I usually ship Priority Mail through the US Post Office, I have had very good results. I will send you a message with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress!
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to work with you to make something custom. A custom piece would consist of one of my themes with you choosing the color combination and possibly adding some text. I have made wedding platters with names and dates, have added quotations, and have made birthday plates.

A 50% deposit is required on all custom work.

During a custom order process, I will send you a picture of the completed item before it is fired the first time for your approval.

Please allow 4-6 weeks from order confirmation to completion.
