Although I hope you will be very happy with your jewelry, if for any reason you are not, I do accept returns within two weeks of your receipt. I will issue a refund for the original purchase price less shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.

Iris and Isabelle prefers PayPal; personal checks and money orders are accepted for orders to be shipped within the United States and its territories. Money orders and checks may not be used to pay for international orders.

Orders paid for by check (or eCheck) will be shipped once a check clears.

Shipping
Items ship within two-three days of payment.

Pieces are boxed and gift-wrapped, and shipped USPS first class, or first class international, snugly wrapped in a bubble mailer. Shipping within the US is with delivery confirmation. Happy to work with you on other delivery options!

Custom orders: I love custom orders; turnaround time is a week to ten days, though I will do it more quickly if I can. I will send photos and specifications of the finished item before a transaction is finalized.
