All tech cases and photo albums at Iris + Lily are custom-made when ordered with traditional bookbinding techniques. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order for delivery. International orders can take 4 weeks.
If you need your order sooner, please let us know. We're happy to expedite when we can.

We ship anywhere in the world, including APO addresses. All domestic orders are shipped priority and international orders are shipped first class international.

For Tech Cases:
We offer a wide variety of fabric combinations in our shop! If you see a fabric you like, but it is not on the case you need, just convo us. All of our cases are custom made and we can use any of our fabrics for any style case.
If you would like a fabric you don't see, please convo us. If we can get the fabric, we can make your case! There may be additional charges for complete custom orders, depending on fabric pricing. Thank you!

For PHOTO ALBUMS:
How do I send a picture to you?

-You can email your photo to dfalv38 [!at] yahoo.com or dpfalvey [!at] gmail.com, but rest assured I will email you with details.
What kind of picture do I need to send?
-Pictures should be at least 4x6 in size and higher resolution (300 dpi is best, but 150 dpi is workable too). Convo with questions. On most albums, a portrait style photo (taller rather than wider) works best, but I can always crop a photo that isn't exactly the right size.

-I can edit your photo to some degree if necessary: I can crop, remove red eye, adjust contrast, convert your photo to b/w or sepia tone, but sometimes, pictures don't convert well. I'll always send you a proof of your picture for your approval if I am making changes before starting your album.

-I will also send a proof of your album before shipping for your approval.

We respect your privacy. If you do not want me to use pictures of your album to advertise my other albums, please let me know. I will never showcase your albums if you've requested otherwise.
