Like the reviewer below me, the product itself is beautiful, well-made and sturdy. (I have a Kindle Paperwhite by the way.) However, I ordered this January 9th and received it today (the 26th of February) due to the seller having to wait for materials and such. Communication was actually fast for me (within 48 hours) when I sent a message, so props for that. One more issue I have is that the case is huge. I compared the sizes listed in the description versus the actual product. It's twice as thick and almost an inch length and width-wise. While that may be great for protection and stuff, it definitely is a lot bulkier compared to my old Omoton case from Amazon. And it does not make your Kindle automatically go to sleep mode when you close it (although they never said it would in the description, so it's not their fault).

First I want to make sure I'm clear that the product itself is great. I've only had it for a few days, but it's beautiful. The reason I can only give three stars is because the overall experience was not good, but I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that this was out of the ordinary. The first email I sent asking for a progress report after my cover had not arrived in the specified time was ignored. The second email was answered, explaining there was a delay in getting the materials. I wish there had been better communication to let me know that up front. The delivery was delayed multiple times due to the above and other issues the seller had. What was promised in 2-3 weeks took nearly 5. Shipping $ was refunded, but I didn't appreciate having to work so hard to figure out why there were delays.

Like the design of the case

Takes awhile to get the case ( I was warned) as they are handcrafted but I love it. Beautiful work! Hard to find an all vegan case and this is a really cool one.

Nice case, very pretty and nice & sturdy. My only "little thing" would be that it's hard to find the on/off and volume controls behind the Kindle when it's in the case. Love it, though. :)

Beautiful and sturdy cover. My mother absolutely loved it. It took 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped, just as the policy stated.
