Flower arrived quickly. Danuta very generous in sending felted soap and other "goodies." Actual flower seemed flat rather than as shown in photograph. Will shop here again. Patricia

Thanks so much for your review Patricia. I'm glad you liked the goodies! During transit the items get crushed flat but you can 'revive it' by wetting your hands slightly and scrunching up your flower and letting it dry in that shape. It will be as great again as in the pic. Take Care :-)

The story of Iris & Rose Designs began several years back, when the question of “How are you?” was posed, I found myself talking more about the people in my life than actually about myself. This happened long enough for me to see it and to start bothering me because I was so much a support to my family that for the most part what I liked, what I did, who I connected with was tied to my family. Don’t get me wrong, I loved being involved but the problem was that this was ALL I did for a long enough of a time to sort of forget about me.
In the past what worked for me was creating, so as it happened I delved into fiber work head on. I finally was enjoying something that just was me. It took courage for me to own up to how much I liked it because I decided to create Iris & Rose Designs, and acknowledged publicly that I created because I was an artist. Creating that little company was like getting married, I communicated out that I wanted to be acknowledged as a creative person in public and that art was one of my ‘gifts’. I started to listen to myself about what I liked and why it made me feel ‘beautiful and unique.’ I loved both ‘the journey’ and the end result!
In our world of deadlines, kids, and or busy schedules – many of us have pushed down that dialogue and self discovery down the list of ‘to do’s.’ What I learned in my personal style journey was that it was important as it made me feel good and that the things I am drawn to are different today than ten or 20 years ago. As a result, Iris & Rose Designs offers unique natural fiber fashion AND home accessories mixed with personal style advice.
SIMPLICITY, STYLE, PERSONALITY is at the core of Iris & Rose Designs. The items I offer have been designed and made by me and feel wonderful against your skin as I use natural fibers as much as possible. Personal style is part trend, part comfort and part personality. It doesn’t end with what one wears but extends to your home.

Orders will ship in 1 to 2 business days. Large orders may require additional time but it is rarely over 4 business days.
All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight of the package) and will be mailed no more than 2 business days after payment has been received, unless and extended lead time is otherwise noted in the listing that you purchase. I strive to ship the next business day.

Items ship from California either first class, priority mail, or fed ex. Average shipping time for all these services is 1 to 4 days.

♦ MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING WHAT DO I NEED TO DO.
If your item is damaged please let me know within 5 days after the item is received. Please send photo of the damage for insurance purposes.
♦ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I love my international customers. Please note that international shipments (including Canada) typically take 10-14 business days to receive. Shipments to Australia and some parts of Europe may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please be aware the shipping times are approximate and may vary due to location.
The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
Items cannot be marked as gift even if it is a gift being sent directly to the recipient from the buyer. All items that ship from us are required to be marked as merchandise. This means the package may be subject to custom and import fees.
Unfortunately there is no tracking for first class international packages.
♦ SHIPPING ADDRESS
Orders will be shipped to the address specified on your Etsy invoice, not your Paypal shipping address. If you have special shipping instructions, please be sure to include the information in the Note To Seller when you make your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
-Please contact me if you do not receive your item in a reasonable amount of time or if the item is damaged.

→ You are not pleased with items:
If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback. Friendly customer service is my first priority and I'll do my best to solve the problem in reasonable way for you.
→ Returns and exchanges:
• Are always welcome.
• Time frame: 2 weeks after you have received the package - items should be shipped back only to us within that time frame, not delivered.
• Don't want to wait till packages come back to us? - Send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediate.
→ Lost Packages:
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceed, we would resend the same items (if available) to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
