Returns and exchanges
NO refunds or exchanges on Vintage items - UNLESS you can send me a pic of a flaw i have not listed.
IF a private order is grossly misfitting, i have missed information and chosen the wrong colour (for example) or the construction is weak, I would like to come to a satisfactory arrangement with the client.

paypal accepted, direct credit into my bank acc accepted
On made to measure items an agreement form will be sent, this is not a legal binding contract, it is just a reminder for my self and client on what is going.
Time passes and designs can change with new suggestions either from myself or client and sometimes we forget where we started!! :)
Deposits are required to ensure the order is put into my schedule, then the total amount is to be paid off before the item is sent.
Communication is ESSENTIAL and i will be sending update pics to client.
If you are choosing your own fabric you have 2 weeks (including weekends) to choose, shipping of your fabric to me should be by this date - unless we have arranged other wise.
Failure in communication can lead to dismissal of your order and no refund.

Shipping - please convo me about shipping as im finding that my shipping prices and research can be out of date with the currency exchange meaning you could end up paying more than necessary.
