Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops do not receive your credit card information.
Shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands takes 1-2 days, shipping to Europe takes 2-8 days, shipping outside of Europe can take up to 2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and this is not taking into account unforeseen delays that are beyond my control (for instance longer delivery times due to corona). *** Especially to Australia and New Zealand shipping can take up to 40 days at the moment ***
The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. I will make sure to include all necessary documentation for customs.
If you prefer a different shipping method, for instance with insurance, please contact me and I will see what I can do for you.

Frequently asked questions
Is the wrapping paper sent rolled or folded?
I send all wrapping paper standardly folded into 4. This way it can be sent in a maximum sized mailbox package, making shipping as affordable as possible. I try to fold the paper as lightly as possible, so the crease lines won’t be too noticable. I now also offer a rolled option for an added fee, where the wrapping paper is sent rolled in a tube. You can select this shipping option at checkout.
