I do my best to ship your order as soon as possible but sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to arrive.
If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please wait several more days and let me know it is delaying.
Do not worry, if it is lost or not found I can always refund your money or resend a new package.
Do you offer express shipping? what are the costs?
Yes, I do offer EMS express shipping.
Time for delivery is usually 5-10 business days.
Costs depend on your origin country and are available at checkout.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Physical items can be returned in their original package within 14 days of delivery. (see deducted fees below).
Please make sure the return package is protected well to avoid damage in its long international postal journey.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged -

Conditions of return -
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Packages returned as un-claimed or customer changing his/her mind will be subjected to 25% restocking fees as well as shipping fees that will be deducted from the refund.
Customs & taxes
Customs and import taxes in the target country are under the buyer’s responsibility as they are charged according to your country's laws. I have no way to influence your local authorities actions.
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Also, I can not be responsible for delays due to packages stopping at your countrys' customs.
Which address do you use to ship my items?
If you have 2 different address (PayPal & Etsy), your ETSY address will be the one chosen to ship your items. I can not be responsible for items non claimed in a wrong address.
Do you offer custom stencils?
No. At the moment I do not offer any custom stencil patterns.
How can I get information about your sales & discounts?

Can I sell the jewelry I made following your tutorials?
Sure! You can sell any pendants, earrings, beads, bracelets and home decor made with my tutorials or techniques, however, you may not re-sell the tutorial itself or teach online/offline its content and technique.
I would appreciate a small credit to my shop/name if you chose to copy my exact design and offer it for sale.
