Items are ready to ship and they will be shipped within 1-3 days after your purchase.

We ship worldwide via registered airmail.

Packages are usually delivered within 21-35 days after shipping.

We will send the package to the address in your etsy order, please make sure that this address is correct.

We can not make any guarantees for the delivery dates. But, if you are buying a gift, we advise you to make your purchase at least four or five weeks before the special occasion. Please contact us if you have any questions.

And please do not forget to check if shipping name and address are correct in your etsy order.

All items come with handmade gift packaging and each item is packed separately.

We can also include a handwritten note, if you send us your message for the receiver of the package.

All our creations are unique, they will never be produced again.

We decided not to accept custom orders for a while.

But if you would like to have a variation of a sold item or if you would like to know if a similar piece will be created in the future, please send us a message and we will see if we can find a solution. And we can always set up a notification to let you know when a similar item is listed in the future.

We are not interested in wholesale and consignment offers at the moment.

If the package arrives while you are away, they should keep the package at your local post office. Please make an inquiry to the post office with your package id. US customers may reschedule delivery via USPS website.

We occasionally observe weather related delays in shipping, especially in winter months. But the delivery is very reliable and all packages are usually delivered within six weeks.

Please let us know if you do not receive your package within six weeks after you received our shipping notification. We will make a full repayment and cancel the sale immediately.

1-Use water at room temperature or slightly warm around 30°C (85°F),
Never use water above 40°C (100°F).

2-Use a mild hair shampoo like a baby shampoo or a very mild soap.

3-Prepare a bowl of shampoo (small amount) + water, shake the piece inside this mixture very gently for a few minutes (by using your finger tips) then rinse within a bowl of clean water by shaking gently.

4-Repeat shake&rinse cycle at step 3, a couple of times until you feel it is clean.

5-Do not dry under the sun, lie flat on a towel, do not hang.

For necklaces and cuffs: When dry, you can iron necklaces or cuffs from the back side, it is best to use a thin cotton fabric in between the iron and the piece, iron temperature should be at lowest (silk/synthetic degree).
